The first sheer of a 2 year-old alpaca produces the finest baby alpaca wool used in this tapestry. The prized material took a full week to be handspun into the super fine thread, and then was dyed naturally into the amazing rainbow of over 20 hues you see here. Almost mysteriously, loom masters Crisantino and Claudia Montes have woven this design into this contemporary piece of original textile art.
