Shipping
Orders usually ship by UPS ground. For specific destinations
we may choose to ship by the US postal service.
Shipping is only $7.50 for all retail orders over $25 shipped to the continental US.
A $4 handling fee will be added for orders below $25.

We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely
satisfied, please return the product in its original condition
within 30 days for an exchange or refund, no questions asked. Read

Gift Wrapping
Lucuma Designs offers gift wrapping and personalized messages so you can have your
gift shipped directly to the lucky recipient. Simply check the
“Gift Wrap” option for each product you wish to have wrapped when
checking out. The cart will show gift wrapping costs for each
individual product. To add a personalized message to your gift, just
write the details on the comment box provided during check out or
email us at sales@lucuma.com with
your instructions and we will take care of it. Sorry but
international orders cannot be shipped to a third party.

shops across the country who carry our gifts. Just email us your city,
state and zip code and let us know if there is a specific Lucuma gift you
are looking for. We will get back to you as soon as possible, and if

their way!
