Holiday Ordering Tips
Orders get processed in the order they are received, and during the busy season from September through November, processing time may be longer than usual. If you have a special event or need your order in a rush, please call us to make sure we can meet your deadline. We normally ship within one business week, but during peak holiday seasons we may run 2-3 weeks. Please review your order confirmation for estimated ship date.
Myth: A crystal ball shows us exactly what our customers will ever need, so we are able to perfectly match their demand for our 800+ handmade gifts with the capacity of our artists!
Fact: We will keep wishing and maybe one day we will own such a ball ☺! In the meantime, we recommend you plan ahead by letting us know what you need in advance and we promise our artists will do their very best as usual to keep you well stocked for the holidays!
We never charge you before your order ships!
Ordering Tips & Reminders:
- Order Online so you can see what's in stock and ready to ship immediately. Plus this way you also get the quickest service!
- Get in the cue today for products that may be momentarily out-of-stock or holiday gifts that are in high demand as they should be arriving soon.
- Reserve and place a future order for October-November delivery. Please remember to let us know your cancel date.
- Check our online inventory often as artists in Peru are sending more of their work every two weeks and very likely what you need or something you haven’t yet tried is expected soon.
