Meeting this young artist couple in their store and workshop in the traditional ceramic town of Quinoa near Ayacucho, Peru, was refreshing. We noticed their go-getter attitude and enthusiasm, so we decided to put them to the test and give them a hand. Deysi learned the art of ceramic making at a craft school and is in charge of painting, while Cristian enjoys shaping new molds. They created our new nativity ornaments.
